This website is operated by Leone Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Leone Studio. By accessing or using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Products

We offer original art prints available in multiple sizes. All prints are sold unframed unless otherwise stated. Product images are for styling purposes only.

We make every effort to accurately display product colours and details; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and display settings.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 day processing timeframe. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or courier disruptions.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please contact us at info@leone-studio.com within 72 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the damage and packaging. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or refund at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Leone Studio and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Purchasing a print does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce or commercially use the artwork.
